This hotel is sufficient if you don't mind the hotel shuttle (that is not always available) to take you to the train station (a 10 minute ride) then another 30 minutes to Paris. If your goal is sightseeing, this may not be the hotel you are looking for since you lose much time in traveling to your destination via train, metro, or taxi. The "breakfast buffet" will cost you 18 Euros. You will get more for your money with a short walk to the grocery store and stock up on breakfast items. The hotel is clean but standard for the price you will pay in Europe. We checked out a day early to be close to the airport for our flight since the trains were not available to take us the 2 hours to Charles de Gaulle.

my mother and i stayed here for 3 weeks and i must say that it was a nice hotel. the staff, especially the cleaning people were very nice. some of the front desk people were kinda rude... the pool although small, was very nice and the exercise room was nice too. this is not a tourist area, so it is advised you have a rental car to get to paris. we didn't have a problem because family lived 10mins away. on the brighter side, there is a mall velizy 2 right arcoss the hotel as well as some resturants thats aren't too pricey and clean. the only thing that was bad was the resturant in the hotel. whatever you do, don't order the sliced duck filet...its terrible, no taste. the steak tastes alright, but the meat smelled funny....don't know how to eplain it, but didn't order it again. the salmon with smoked spice is good though. overall, it is a nice hotel.

I was at Holiday Inn velizy for business, and this hotels was perfect for me. Just 1 block to my office. Nice room

Nice hotel, very large room with king size bed !!! Very pleasant staff. A little swimming pool for our kids, and not so far from Paris and Versailles with the bus. Everything was perfect !!! We will stay again in Holiday Inn Velizy for our next holidays in Paris
