Best Things Nearby:
The manager was happy to help us organize a day-trip to the Red Wood Forest and Sausalito. A driver came out and drove us across to the forest, showing us some of the highlights and then left us to wander around the artist village of Sausalito on the waterfront in the afternoon.

A 5 to 10 minute walk DOWN the hill is the beginning of the wharf, nearby is the Ghiradelli chocolate factory, and a little further on the bottom of tramway. Do take a ride its worth the experience.

A two minute walk from the resort, and you can catch the bus to Chinatown, which is a must visit.

Best Things About the Resort:
In each room there is a fireplace that is set each night. My best memories of the resort are after coming back from dinner each night, lighting the fire and curling up in front.

Resort Experience:
This is no really for families as the units are for a maximum of 2 people per room. The resort is actually a converted house and as such there are very few units available. Each room is different. There are 3 floors and no elevator.

Each morning there is a continental breakfast provided in the general room. Each afternoon tea is provided in the living room. You literally feel like a guest in a fairly formal private home.

  • Unit Type: Studio

  • Unit Satisfaction: Excellent
  • Family Friendliness: Not Available
  • Service: Excellent

Jackson Court is a 3 story Victorian brownstone located in Pacific Heights. Our room was charming and the sitting room in the main area was inviting. The bathroom was quite small but it was worth it to stay in this quaint B&B. The morning breakfast consisted of fresh fruit salad, cereal and assorted pastries. I loved that it was set up in a small kitchen/dining room and you helped yourself to whatever you wanted. It was like staying at a friends house. I curled up next to a window and read the paper while I ate and made breakfast last as long as possible.
