Not worth the money

I spent a night in a fireplace/jacuzzi suite this past weekend. I was disappointed with the age and cleaniness of the hotel. Sometimes older hotels can still be nice but this is one where it looks like they don't spend much on the upkeep. There were stains in the elevator, on our couch, and on the walls. Additionally, all of the lights in the room (except the bathroom) were connected to the front light switch, which was very inconvenient. The pool had a visible layer of oil or something floating on top. The bed, bathroom, and jacuzzi were clean and in working order. The AC worked well. So the basics were fine, but it's not nice. It's just an older, cheaply run hotel. I would be okay with it for a 1 or 2 star, but I don't think it deserves to be in the 3 star category.

Trip with two adults and two children. Room smelled stale and of old cigarette smoke. Was dingy and did not feel clean. Also, room was not big enough for four people. Pool with "hot tub" did not exist. Hot tub and pool are connected so you get a cold tub. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay. Will not stay here again.

hotel is adequate and inexpensive. Lots of families with small children. Breakfasts are fine, but nothing fancy. Rooms are basic too. Hotel staff was very nice. Housekeeping makes alot of noise in the hallways.

We recently were in Pigeon Forge for my son's wedding and stayed at the Ramada Inn. Being in the hositality industry myself, I am quite picky about my accomodations. I found this hotel to be wonderful. The staff at the front desk were great. Our room was exceptionally clean - and believe me I looked. The continental breakfast in the morning had a good variety of foods to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Cathy Kelly

Hotel Was Clean and Convienent

Hotel was clean and well appointed. It was a typical 3 Star Hotel and I would use the hotel again. Location was between Pigeon Forge and Sevierville near many resturants and outlet shopping. Many hotels were advertising much cheaper rates on their marquees during our stay if price is a concern- especially those that were locally owned.
