Hotel and staff were very nice to us. Room was very clean and didn't smell like smoke like so many motels do. Even other travelers were friendly too. Only complaint I had was with the bedding. Sheets were a little "picked" and not smooth to sleep on. Best thing was the breakfast in the mornings.. Totally convienient location , close to the Smokies and Dollywood as well as Parrot Mountain . Restaurants were within walking distance. They also allow small pets although we did not bring ours. We would stay there again.. Don't miss Ober Gatlinberg and Parrot Mountain next to Dollywood.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. People at the front desk were very helpful and very friendly. We did not use the pool so have no opinion on that. Contiental breakfast was great! Lots of food to choose from. We would stay there again if visiting in that area.

Overall, the motel and the service was good. The continental breakfast was better than most. However, how much effort does it take to simply vacuum and dust the hallways and rooms properly? The motel needs to find someone to take care of the finer touches of something that is called "cleanliness."

This hotel was just "ok". The room was stuffy and didn't feel very clean. The bathroom wasn't cleaned as it should have been and the toilet didn't flush properly. I've stayed in better hotels for the same price.

pool is shared by two hotels,pool is small
