nice for the money , friendly staff, location one block off of strip so not as noisy as strip , only problem we had was missing pillowcases and that was remedied as soon as we told front desk. would stay again

Our stay was very nice. We found the place to be very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a little better than the usual "continental" breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in recommending some good places to eat. She said she was part of the new management. I do say a very good job. Keep up the good work. We will definitely come back to this hotel when in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
good Motel for the money

Hotel and staff were very nice to us. Room was very clean and didn't smell like smoke like so many motels do. Even other travelers were friendly too.
Only complaint I had was with the bedding. Sheets were a little "picked" and not smooth to sleep on.
Best thing was the breakfast in the mornings.. Totally convienient location , close to the Smokies and Dollywood as well as Parrot Mountain . Restaurants were within walking distance. They also allow small pets although we did not bring ours.
We would stay there again..
Don't miss Ober Gatlinberg and Parrot Mountain next to Dollywood.

Great hotel in Pigeon Forge. The location was wonderful. Walking distance to many eating options. There is a large grocery store across the street. The room has fridge and microwave. Picked the hotel because we could take our dog and it was a very clean room for dog friendly. We did have a problem with our room key. Not even the master key card worked. The staff had to get the physical key from the manager. The manager fixed the problem in the morning. The breakfast was great. The waffles were the big hit! make them yourself. We would definitely stay there again. Sometimes it can be hard to travel with a pet and hotels might give you a really dirty trashed room, but not in this case. Staff was very friendly. Was kind of hard to find at first. It is just off the main strip and the sign at the entrance is the Super 8 sign. Need a card key to get into any entrance but the main one past the desk. The water pressure in the shower was absolutly wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. People at the front desk were very helpful and very friendly. We did not use the pool so have no opinion on that. Contiental breakfast was great! Lots of food to choose from. We would stay there again if visiting in that area.
