Me and my family loved this hotel. the rooms were clean and the river balconies, are great. very nice motel for the price. compared to other motel in the gatlinbutg area. i'll stay here again. staff was very nice and helpful also.

after reading the comments from "05" i was a little nervousbut after i got there i was knocked out!!the river balcony was great,my wife and kids loved the big indoor jacuzzi spa (open all night) the staff was great, i especially loved being close to down town.. my family and i will go there ever year..

Beautiful room overlooking the roaring Little Pidgeon! Jacuzzi Hot Tub big enough for a party and plenty of HOT water, the fireplace and the four poster king sized bed were awesome. The room was spotless and coffee on the balcony in the morning a great way to begin your day of sightseeing. Excellent restaurants withing walking distance AND they accept your four legged family members! I will stay here again!

Jacuzzi was not a 2 person, trim on floor was up, nails sticking up. Bed was not made for the entire 3 nights. No towels. No phone service. NO windows. People at the front desk were very rude.

This room was the worst. After reading other reviews, I can't believe they are talking about the same place.The staff was great.Carpets filthy,bathroom was moldy and paper peeling off. Dead bugs in drawers.A/C cover feel off when I tried to dust off the "Junk" on it.Should have left but was with group and stayed for them.Noisy trailer park nabors behind the hotel. Beware!!!
