Decent place to stay but it is about 3/4 mile from the center of Durango, which is where all shops, restaurants and local attractions are located.The suite was large and was clean, included a kitchen and was, overall, a pretty good value for the money. Breakfast was included though there are better breakfast places in town(Jean-Pierre's). The hotel also includes appetizers and drinks in the evenings, but again, there are better places in town.

Overall room appearance/comfort excellent. Breakfast a big plus. Hotel conveniently located to Fort Lewis College. Would definitetly have our entire soccer team stay here at next year's Durango Shootout Soccer Tournament. Staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I highly reccomend everyone to stay at this hotel while visiting Durango.

After driving 7 hours to find that they couldn't find our reservations and no rooms was a little frustrating to say the least. The person behind didn't know what they were doing. They ended up giving us a smelly smoking room when we had no other choice, because the town was full.The hotel is shoved up against a hill which is a shame no view. Durango is Beautiful.
