The accommodations was the best part of the trip, luxury room, luxury pool and spa. Resturant was magnificant. This condo was the best I've ever stayed at.

We stayed in the 2nd tower. The walk from the entrance to the elevators is a long way. We did not have a problem with the noise and we were on the end next to the tower under renovation. The Shore Bird breakfast was expensive and the same price for small children. No way they could eat fifteen dollars worth of food. We went in for dinner and never were waited on. After about 10 minutes we left. The hotel staff is friendly except you should know not to check in at the desk but with the bell hop. Not sure how we were suppose to know this. The location is great. The beach is just out the back of the hotel. Driving to this hotel can be tricky. It's on a one way street. The room was new. Everything was clean and the view was great. We'd stay here again.

Hotel was great, beds comfy, hotel staff were nice and friendly. If I were to go back to HI I wuold absolutely stay there again. I am looking forward to seeing the hotel when the final renovations are done!

Hotel is right on Waikiki beach and very close to the new Waikiki Beach Walk. Staff is extremely friendly. Lobby area is open and leads in to the pool. Nice place to hang out and relax.
Brand new rooms on Waikiki beach

This is a wonderful hotel on Waikiki beach. The only tower open (the one on the water) has brand new rooms, completely renovated. The other towers are under reconstruction, but noise was minimal except around mid day when they allow a few loud noises. Noise was not a bother.
Free breakfast every day in the Shore Bird restuarant, which was always fine, but one dinner was well below par. Open ocean views, and a bar with live music at times. We didn't try the other more expensive restaurant, but i'm sure the quality is better. Note, no room service.
Free phone calls to US mainland and Canada. Umbrellas for loan. Internet. Great helpful friendly staff. Better quality than the 3 star rating implies, and they might go up a star when the renovations are complete.
