I stayed at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach in January from the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPs. We were promptly greeted by a hotel staff member upon arrival -- our bags were taken to our room, check-in was a breeze and our room was completely updated with a great ocean view. Throughout our stay each member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable time. The beach seemed to be much better (less crowded, wider and in a better location) than the other hotels on the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the newly remodeled Reef - and everything from when I stepped out of the car until I left was fantastic. The service was top notch, the views from my newly remodeled room were gorgeous. The beach is the best kept secret - wider and less crowded - and the hotel location on the beach and near the shopping and nightlife was perfect. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Overall, a wonderful property. Loved having free internet and phone. I could hear the ocean just by opening my door. The property is still undergoing a renovation so there is some construction going on but I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Wow! I upgraded to ocean view and it was so worth it! Watching the Sunrise and Sunset everyday was so amazing! Spent most of my time on the beach, so didn't really notice that the pool was closed. Rooms have all been recently done and I love the Hawaiiana decor. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, whether is was getting info. on where to eat , or things to do. Great location close to everything!

it has no room service or pools. its lame o suckage. peace
