My 9-year-old daughter and I stayed at this Fairfield Inn for a girls' weekend away. Emma walked into the lobby and gasped, "This is the hotel of my dreams!" :) Our room was on the 8th floor, and it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast had more food than we would ever need! The location was ideal. I plan to take my 7 year old daughter there for her girls' weekend away.

The hotel was great. The staff were extrememly helpful. The bathrooms were bigger than the Hilton and much cleaner. the breakfast was a joy. Many selections and a helpful staff. We will be staying there more often. The best value in Chicago. Do no listen to the other reviews, this is the best hotel we have stayed in in Chicago and I have stayed at the Hilton several times. No comparsion. Customer service is what makes this great. AND the fact that it is clean and well situated for sightseeing in Chicago.

We took our 2 girls for a 4-day trip to Chicago. This hotel was wonderful... the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again. We walked almost everywhere. American Girl Store is only a couple of blocks away, as is Michigan Ave. shopping. The front desk was wonderful, always helpful in helping us decide on a restaurant or giving us directions to some place we wanted to go. The breakfast was a great way to start our day too.

It was my first time in Chicago, so I wanted to stay in a hotel that was close everything. Fairfield Inn was in a perfect location! Only a couple of blocks from Mag Mile, great shopping, and fantastic restaurants. And the beds! I loved the beds! They were so comfortable, I could just sleep in them all day. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know who is even thinking about visiting Chicago.

The room was small, but clean. The staff was aware of what I requested when I made the reservation and assigned me a room with the features and location that I desired.
