Be Aware of Your Belonging

Back on 8/9/2008 I had reseverations to stay at the Marriott Courtyard which is next door to the Fairfield. Because my reseveration was during "music Fest" Courtyard was booked and we were transfered to the Fairfield Inn. The main item I was concerned with is the lack of security. You did not need your room key to enter the hotel by the pool, I realize you enter into looby but you have 2 ways to enter without security. My room key was not working and I actually waited almost 10 mins for someone to come out and help me. If that is the person watching the room, then anyone can just right in. I just want people to be save and be aware. While we were wiating for our room at Courtyard, you had to have a key to enter from the room and in the front you have to walk right up to the desk. The layout is a bit better for security.
