We had a good time at the hotel--loved the location on the west side of the Fr. quarter. The beds were a bit soft but they provided a bed board and there were a couple of minor problems that were quickly fixed. The one annoyance was they filmed a movie at the hotel while we were there, complete with bull horns and SWAT teams, which made getting in and out difficult, shut off traffic,etc. They should have offered guests a breakfast coupon or something. Good breakfast and nice workout room. Great view from our room.

Perfect location for Mardi Gras. Walking distance to parades, Bourbon Street, Streetcar, Restaurants, all things French Quarter. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Very helpful staff.

Great location...right near all the fun & entertainment!

Very good service in this well-maintained, bright, lovely hotel. Our junior suite (a splurge) had sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and a powder-room, nice view up Royal St. Very convenient location for walking to all attractions and many restaurants.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. The staff is very pleasant. We had no problems with our reservation, parking, or our room. The rooms have everything you need, including bathrobes. The Carousel Lounge is a nice place to start off the night. Our room was listed as "the smallest quest room with little or no view". However, this was not a problem. It kept the cost down without doing away with any of the amenities. Anyway, it's New Orleans. You're not spending your time in the room!
