Yikes! No Hot Water!!!!

The room was a rather average sized. The shower feels claustrophobic, because it was cylindrical in shape and narrow. On top of that, there was no hot water, not even warm water! I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. So I went over to the front desk to ask for assistance, but no one was at the front desk. I remaiined there at the front desk for a good 30 minutes, only to find that the front desk had been left unattended. The following day, as I went to gather my belongings to transport them to my car, I have noticed, that one employee left a towel between the door so the door wouldn't shut. THat in itself is a safety issue. I went to speak with the employee in the morning, and told him about the safety issue, and also, inquired about not having hot water. He could not give me any answer on "the No Hot Water" issue. He just shrugged his shoulders. Stay away from this hotel! The front desk was left unattended all evening, and the room had a mildew odor when my husband and I first went inside. When I suggested another room, the other room had the same mildewy smell.
So...stay away...please.....

My husband and I stayed here on our way home. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh, and the owners check with us to make sure our tay was going well. I would stay here again.
