Good Stay- Horrible Management

Overall- decent/good experience. Location was a bit out of the way but nothing that can’t be overcome. Staff at the house was great and catered to all our needs, although the lady who managed the house locally was a bit pushy in regards to selling us tourist excursions. Air conditioning was out in two units and went out in mine for a few hours as well. Pool is great and there is more than enough space. The real problem I have is with the management of the property. After we came back from our trip they stated that we were loud after the quiet period and kept our $1000 deposit. They offered no proof of what they accused us of and refuse to return our calls. They also did not refund one of our guests’ payment when they moved to another hotel after feces started coming up from the drain while they were taking a shower. Like I said overall we loved the facility, there were a few glitches but that can be expected from an older house such as this however what the management staff is doing is unacceptable and borderline illegal. I guess I know now why they wouldn’t take my credit card for the deposit; only a cashier’s check was acceptable to them, because now I have no recourse other than to ask them for my deposit back and wait or take them to small claims court.

we were there for a week with swim camp and we really enjoyed it.
staff helpful when needing copies, business center great to get work done....internet works great in the rooms too!!
pool is kinda tiny but it gets the job done when you just want to relax....

The Hampton Inn & Suites located in clermont is a safe/ clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff members have always been pleasant and helpful during each of our four+ visits. Thank you.

The new Hampton Inn & Suites located in clermont is excellent! The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond. Great Job!
