nice place if u can find it

This place was very hard to find #1 becuase the directions were not correct & I was looking for the Douglas Lake Resort, but u actually need to look for Mountain top resorts.Also most properties are not lake front.

Beautiful Cabins!

I have stayed in several cabins and chalets in the Smoky Mts., but this was by far the best! Douglas Lake Resort has beautiful cabins and great scenic views of the lake. We stayed in cabin 94 and were very pleased with everything, from the decor of the cabin to the hot tub on the deck. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend I highly recomend this resort.
