I have been a customer with a on line website for many years, but I will think several times before using this service again. Previously I have been well-pleased with the services and the products. This time I was quite unhappy, and I wrote a deservedly negative review.
From now on I will go with a different on line website, because they print both positive and negative reviews, not just what they want to hear.
I used no profanity, no hateful comments, etc., in my review; I was simply honest.
The hotel did not live up to its reputation. The staff was unhelpful, the room lovely but uncomfortable, and the restaurant offputting. It was not worth the ***that we paid.
