the hotel was dirty. the rooms were unclean, the toilet in one room did not work and the sink was stopped up. the carpets smelled and the locks on the door were unserviceable.the airconditioning did not work. people were roaming the hallways with open alcohol containers.this was not a suitable place for a family to stay. we checked in and back out within 30 minutes and found another place to stay that was cleaner, nicer and most importantly safe for the children. i would not suggest anyone with a family use this hotel and i will never stay there again and advise others to do the same.

We booked the room to see a concert at the collisium. When we got in are room it smelled as if there was a fire which was caused by 8000 cigerattes. Are pillows looked like they were made out of cotten and alot of human hair. Lamps did not work there was not even a place to plug them in. T.v. turned off on a light switch because someone stole the remote. i swear there was a death in the room blood was dried on walls and all over the carpet. stains filled this room from the matress (which was complely ripped) to the carpet. the walls were a awful pink. There was a loveseat that was a purple velvet with lepeord print armrests. We slept in are clothes and socks to avoid getting bit by anything. Bathroom floors were so dirty that your shoes stuck to it. we did not even think about taking a shower would rather shower in hess bathroom (probably cleaner). The pool was a dark brown with a sign that said closed by the public health department. there are lights that KEPTon but dont have any switches to turn them off. We thought we were going to be robbed. DONT NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES that might have been what it looked like a long time ago or it was all staged. There is a 15 minute refund policy. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I AM NOT MAKING ANY OF THIS UPIT IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. NOW YOU KNOW WHY IT IS CALLED SLEEP AND STAB.

Never Stay HERE! Myself and female coworker didn't feel safe. No washcloths, bathroom was pink but now beige, still pink around counter, towel rack, above door etc. Around sink never cleaned- fungus growing. Piles of hairs on floor. Needed flipflops in shower. Several phone calls received for people with names like "Heavy" & "BigBaby". At 2:45 AM someone jiggling door handle to get in scaring us to death. Coworker yelled at would be intruder and he moved on. Felt nasty just being in room. upon leaving boxes of beer cans, liquor bottles littered hallway.

Absolutely disgusting!

Do not go near this place. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Filty room, stained mattresses (looked like blood) with rips, dirty floors, broken fixtures, curtains hanging off rod, only one towel. Totally gross!

worst experience in a hotel

The hotel did not have any security, the entrance doors were kept open with garbage cans since the hotel key did not open. The mattress in the room were so uncomfortable that after one night we left and rented rooms in another hotel. We will never book flight and hotel together again, we expected at least a comfortable sleep, but this hotel was the worst, would not recommended to anybody unless their are homeless.
