The bathroom ceiling had mold from a leak from the bath above!! Tile grout was scary!!! Pool closed with no explanation. Would not stay at this hotel again. First bad experience with this chain

Do not recommend!! Stayed here for United Methodist Annual Conference. Managers were not truthful about cancellation policies - was told one thing at reservation time and another at check-in. Tried to force us to pay for a night we did not use by claiming 3 night minimum. Poor amenities, only one very small bar of soap, worn linens, minimal towels, rather dingy bathroom. Pool closed with no explanation. This hotel is not up to Comfort Inn standards. Owners/managers seemed to take every opportunity to cut corners.

Had a job interview in GA and stayed here for the night during tropical storm alberto. The front desk man (couldnt speak english) was parked under the main cover, so we couldnt park in there to come in and check the prices. he lied about prices and we were charged more at checkout. Torn bedsheets and bedspread. Stinky rooms. HORRIBLE!!

never stay in this hotel on a holiday weekend! they overcharge and do not provide accurate prices in advertisement. there are few helpful staff, and although the rooms are clean the NON- SMOKING HALLS REEK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! this is due to use of a filthy vacuum cleaner. as far as price goes, they advertise that for a nights stay it is around

This hotel was as-advertised: clean, neat, no-frills. Easy check-in and -out, no problems.
