Hidden hotel fees everywhere!!!

The hotel was located perfectly which is why we chose it. Our dining there was also great. The AC in the room was so loud it kept us awake at night and one morning workmen kept trying to get in the room to do work. When we checked out there was enormous fees added to our bill which appeared to be duplicates of the fees we had already paid for. The front desk when asked what they were for, never really expllained then or would she remove them.

Wonderful vacation

The Inn and Spa at Loretto was fabulous! Our family of four had an excellent stay in their beautiful suite. We had originally booked a smaller room but upgraded to a suite to accommodate our teenage daughters and all of our "stuff". The front desk was wonderful in helping us move to a bigger room. Our spa day was great and the fitness facility was excellent for being open twenty four hours. We used it early in the morning and sometimes in the evening. The pool was lovely, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate enough for us to use it the week we were there. The location of the Inn was key because we were able to walk to all of the museums, shops, restaurants, Canyon Road, etc. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Santa Fe. Ps The bar and restaurant were excellent as well, especially the "green drinks" and the vegetarian selection on the menu.

Nice place, loud heater

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a very nice place. The room was decorated nicely, and the view was terrific. The only thing we did not like about it was that the heater was very noisey. It would come on and rattle and blow like the kind of heaters in a cheap motel. This is not a cheap motel and should have better ventilation.

Very Nice Experience Overall

I enjoyed my three night stay at the Loretto Inn. It is only a few minutes walk to all the major attractions in downtown Santa Fe. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the valet service. The facilities are older and could use a little refurbishing, but everything one would need is at your fingertips here. I would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location

The Inn and Spa at Loreto provides an excellent location for enjoying the historic district of Santa Fe. In addition, aside from a noisy forced air heater, room was very comfortable. Staff was also very accommodating -- I made standing order for breakfast for my stay and it was provided each morning. 24/7 business center for e-mails and airline conformations.
