Very Good - and Coulda Been Great

Stayed for events at the university, and one major factor in choosing this hotel was the advertised high-speed Internet connection in every room. Turns out ours wasn't working (and neither was a phone) and the Business Center PC was not a viable alternative, so we wasted a few bucks and could have stayed somewhere else w/o wired Internet for quite a bit less. There was only one elevator working the whole (football game) weekend, so there were occasional delays at prime time. Those are really minor things, not big complaints.
The staff, including the front desk folks and especially the really nice woman who runs the weekend breakfast show all by herself, were very friendly, helpful, and seemed quite competent. The usual complementary breakfast was actually quite good (or even great when you consider the price & convenience), and everything throughout the entire hotel sure appeared to be very clean.
Other than that - really a very good location, right across from the mall and maybe a 12-15 minute highway drive to the university. The building and everything inside seemed to be almost new - the hotel seemed to be built or renovated fairly recently or has been kept in very good condition. The only other thing that was less-than-perfect was the darned loud air conditioner - but it was in the 90s w/ 90% humidity so maybe that explains the loudness. Would gladly recommend and stay there again.
Great hotel just messed up reservations

I reserved the hotel using the travel website, but somehow got the dates messed up although I stayed in another hotel earlier in the same week. So, I don't understand how the dates got messed up. ANyway, the hotel was in the perfect location-not far from Assembly and near Greystone blvd and the Zoo. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. The pool was perfect for getting out energy, just a little on the hot side. The biggest perk was having 2 flat screens-the kids watched one and we watched the other. So nice.

I stayed in your hotel with another guest and we felt the service and location were excellent. All was clean and tidy and we had a lovely stay. Great price and excellent staff. Thank you!

Stayed here for a business meeting. Easy to get downtown, next to mall, lots of options to eat. Clean/breakfast buffet had many choices

This hotel was very clean, not only on the inside, but on the outside as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, night and morning shift, and the rooms were very comfortable.
