Not staying there again

I had reserved a room at this hotel over 2 weeks ahead of time. I had reserved 2 queen size beds. When I checked in, I was not imformed of any change, just given my key. When I arrived in the room I discovered that there was only one bed in the room. I called the front desk and told them the issue, and they informed me that they were sold out and could not fix the problem. They would not even get me a sweet that fit what I had reserved ahead of time at another hotel. I asked to speak with the manager and was informed that I already was.
