We had to stay in this area for a funeral, so we mainly needed a good, comfortable room that was quiet. I was concerned as I know this hotel is an older property, but we were pleasantly suprised at the refurbished rooms and the beautiful landscaping around the pool area. We stayed in an outside room which was free from outside parking lot noise. The bed was super comfy. The only real problem was that the open stairwells could use some brighter lighting at night. If I had been travelling alone, I would have been more concerned about the level of darkness in those common areas. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Convenient Clearwater location for Phillies Spring training.

Clean, friendly staff and would stay again. Not far from airports, restauraunts. A short drive to beach. Housekeeping a bit aggressive. Allowed late checkout.

Hey, could have gone to the no tell motel for less money, and have gotten more accodimations, ie a frig and a micro wave. No hot water, coffee, etc after the 10 am breakfast-- not good. At this place you had to walk outside around the building to get to the lobby.....Not good for families staying for a week...Sorry, not again

The property was very clean the room very nice and staff very helpful. The property was completely remodeled about nine months ago.

We had a wonderful time on our trip and our hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and they all had smiles and that was important to the visiters. I will plan a future trip and will stay with the Hampton Inn again. Outstanding is my rating.
