Quote: The room we were given was very run down. There were cigarette burns in the bathroom countertop (it was a non-smoking room). The two towels in the bathroom were very thin and old. The carpeting in the room was stained, old and needed vacuuming. I... Read the full Homestead Phoenix-North Metro review

Quote: This was a good hotel for my boyfriend and I to take a quick trip to Arizona for the holidays. The holidays are expensive, even if you are traveling, but this hotel was cheap and you got what you paid for. The bed was comfortable, even a little... After we returned, we found out that only for stays of more than 7 days are the rooms cleaned. No one told... Read the full Homestead Phoenix-North Metro review

Quote: For the Price of $1400. we felt we should have had toilet paper and the bathroom at least cleaned on our ONE day of service. Price gouging is not a pleasant experience., and hotel was not sold out.

Quote: This hotel was, buy far, the worst hotel room I have ever visited. The customer service was terrible. They booked us for a two bedroom suite, but had only single queen beds. The room was filthy, there were used wash rags from the previuos guests,... Read the full Homestead Phoenix-North Metro review

Lacking

Quote: The hotel was quiet and staff were helpful. No kitchen supplies, but they did find some for us. No ice machine. No vending machines so you do have to grocery shop. Would have enjoyed a pool. Cramped quarters did not look like the picture!
