This motel was a conveniently located for our one night stay in Glenwood Springs. The staff was friendly and our room was back off the busy highway and was quiet. We inadvertantly left our backpack in our room when we checked out. When I called a few days later I was told it was in the office waiting for us to pick up. We really appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff. We would stay there again.

The management at this hotel are not familiar with customer service. We had many problems with our room which we would have overlooked had there been good service and communication from the front desk. We were so let down by our experience that we checked out after one night and went to another hotel.

The room was no frills but was spotless. The front desk was friendly and everything was ready when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

I felt the staff was very rude upon checking in. I would not stay here again. Too much money for room stay.
