No problems at all...the front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. No problems checking in or out....overall a very pleasant stay.

My friends and I stayed this March for Spring Break and it was awesome! The room was nice and pretty spacious, the views were absolutely amazing, and the price was ridiculously low! It was a great stay, and we had access to both the Reef's pools and also the neighboring hotels pools and ammeneties as well. I lost my camera and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and ended up mailing it home to me! The room had a small but full kitchen with a microwave, and an oven and a full sized refridgerator, and toaster. We had a great and memorable time, and I would definitely stay there again!

We went there in March and had a great time. Two queen beds were in separate room with a kitchenette dividing with all the necessities. All rooms have a great balcony, overlooking the ocean, which was great. Staff was awesome! We left a camera poolside the day before checking out, while checking out they couldn?t find it but offered to mail it to us which they did. Couldn?t be more thankful considering it had all of our vacation pictures on it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely filthy. When I told the front desk, she just ignored me (it's like she's heard these complaints before). As I was waiting for my other party to join me in the lobby, there was another lady complaining that she had not had room service since their arrival on Tuesday (and this was Saturday). I told her that I would not have stayed that long without getting management involved.

We were very disappointed in our stay at The Reef. It is an older property and has not been kept up very well. The elevator got stuck and one of them was rough on starting and stopping. The beds were simply the most uncomfortable of any hotel we had stayed in. On the morning we left there was no hot water for shaving. The sauna would never really get hot enough to use, the steam rooms were non functional. Some of the boards around the pool area were loose and to the point of giving way and probably would under the weight of an extra heavy person. The balcony door was very hard to open. They did send someone up to help and the door was easier to open after that. They did put egg crates on the bed to make them more comfortable and they helped some as well. The couch was not comfortable. It made out into bed, but you could feel the springs. It was very uncomfortable. On the positive side, it is all ocean front with a nice view. We would not stay again, as there are many ocean front properties from which to choose.
