good stay

This is a good basic hotel. My family stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant stay (business class room). The hotel is in a good, safe location that is near the interstate and lots of restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large. They do need new linens (ours kept coming off the bed). Good deal. I'd stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel twice on our trip to NJ. The first time the room was OK, bed not so comfortable but OK for the price. Our stay on the trip back was horrible, we pulled back the covers to find the sheets covered in all sorts of different hair. We got a new room now hair but the tub was dirty and we asked for extra towels and pillows. Got the pillows no cases, got the towels and no bath towels only hand towels. Did not get discounted for our trouble and would not stay again.

"Basic, but good for the $$"

This hotel is very basic, but in a good location, and allows pets. I got an amazing deal! Even though there are large rowdy groups near the pool and a musty smell in the halls, it's just fine for an overnight stopover.

not so good

This hotel is mediocre. They didn't accept our traveler's coupon. The rooms weren't very clean. I wrote 'wash me' in dust on a lampstand next to the bed.Ice machines are on every other floor. The 3rd floor one is broken. When I tried to go to 5th floor,it was barricaded by old furniture. They advertise wireless internet access throughout, but it didn't work on the 6th or 7th floor. We had to use the lobby. They say manager's night on Wed for hors douvours, but they didn't have it. I would never stay there again.

A Nice Hotel

We chose to stay at this hotel because of all the positive reviews. We were impressed with this Days Inn. We stayed in a business class room. It was in good condition, The only complaint is the bed linen. Need new ones or invest in sheet fasteners. Friendly staff, free continental breakfast and internet service. Many restaurants nearby and Kings Dominion is 15 minutes away. Overall, we did have a good experience at this hotel. We would consider staying here again for our next trip to Kings Dominion!
