Great hotel, great location!

We recently stayed during the week of June 21-27 & were immediately impressed with the hotel. After making reservations online & finding their facility dirty & the room stinky, we located this hotel right down the street. We were able to check-in immediately and the staff was courteous and polite. There was always someone from the hotel staff attending to the grounds, room(s), etc. - it is a very clean facility. Our room was very nice and clean. The hotel offers a game room, which could actually offer a bit more for kids to do as some of the games didn't work, but it does offer a lot including (2) pools - one indoors & one outside, with a sun deck & pool bar. On the ground level, there are multiple shops w/access from the hotel, as well as places to eat. Now,... the pizza place was ridiculous, but not a direct impact against the hotel... as the staff at the pizza place did not speak english very well therefore messing up our orders quite frequently ... and at one point a man making our food actually wiped his sweat off w/his gloved hand so we did complain about that. But, again, not a direct impact against the hotel .. rather, of the pizza place directly!!!
The hotel was fab! And, we would definitely stay again.

I booked this stay for a weekend for me and my daughter. It was a very nice hotel with a great apperance. The hotel workers were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect as well. All around great deal and great stay.

I think for the money spent you get more than just a room with a view. We loved the hotel and all the amenities. We can't wait to return!

I booked this hotel last minute for a quick weekend in Ocean City to see the Air Show. The hotel was wonderful. Amazing location, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, anything you could need on site, huge room, amazing views. I was a late arrival and when I got there the staff was so friendly and I got an amazing room with a great view. We ate at the pizzeria on site and the food was great. It was a little expensive but it was expected. The one downfall I could see was that they only except cash on site in the pizzera and the shops. There was an ATM on site but it was out of service. The hotel was right on the Boardwalk. There was great parking, great resturants nearby (Phillips), and lots of shops. I will stay at the Stowaway Grand the next time I am in Ocean City. WONDERFUL room! The beds were so comfortable and clean.

Soo ...I decided to take a little vacation with my wife at this GRAND hotel... not the time u wanna be in oceancity... but i waz glad!!... There waz hardly any resturants open which sucked... maybe caz of the economy.. but THE stowaway hotel made my vacation... five star with the price of dirt cheap... everything waz in there ... we loved it! everything waz lovely! well the price we got was the best deal for renovation... but would love to stay there again.. THANK YOU GRAND HOTEL>>>
