On behalf of the management and staff of Arrowwood Resort we would like to thank all who have posted reviews. We appreciate the input of guests so that we can work to correct our shortfalls and ensure tha tany negative experiences are not repeated. We work hard to achieve a welcoming and enjoyable environment at Arrowwood and do everything possible to provide services and accomodations that exceed our guests expectations. We are constantly updating and remodeling our resort and have recently completed all hallways, bathrooms and our suite addition. We recently opened 16 brand new luxury townhomes that are available for rent or purchase. We welcome you to Arrowwood Resort! The overall appearance of the Hotel was nice, unless you had to deal with the staff. When checking in it seemed like a chore to the desk staff. I then went to the room and found it had not been cleaned yet, and the house keeping staff was very accomindating and said our room would be next. I went back to the desk and the same gentleman said I went to the wrong room. I really don't think it's my fault his hand writing resembled chicken scratch. That same night we spent a lot of time in the lounge and the staff once again made it seem like such a chore to serve it's customers, this was even after we dropped a 22% tip on our $200 tab. The pool area was enjoyable and the water park staff were very nice.
