A Wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at the Rittenhouse. They were very welcoming and the room was perfect. We also had our dog with us and he was equally welcomed. THe only snag was getting our car. Apparently the parking company is outsourced and doesnt come close to the quality standard of the hotel. We waited over 45 minutes even after calling ahead! Other than that, everything was great!

Best Big City Hotel

In my mind the Rittenhouse Hotel is one of the best big city hotels in the U.S. The rooms are huge. The staff is very friendly. This is definitely not a convention-tyupe hotel, but their guest list is typically top flight. Gen. Colin Powell was ther the week before. Kobe Bryant and Stevie Wonder this week. Nice little touches, like a complementary CD, as many newspaprers as you'd like, fing fitness room. I have stayed trer many times, occassinally upgraded to a suite, and try to stay nowhere else during fairly frequent visits to Philly.

We arrived at The Rittenhouse on a Thursday morning well before check in time. We were not only immediately shown to a room, we were upgraded to a beautifully appointed suite. The room was immaculate, every person who worked at the hotel was polite & knowledgeable. Room service food was incredible, the pool and fitness center were state of the art. And parking was FREE.This was the best hotel our family of 4 ever stayed in. we can't wait to go back.
