Dream Hotel was very pleasant. When you first enter the hotel you first notice the big fish tank which was pretty neat. The people that worked there was very nice. The room was small but a good size for Manhattan. I anticipated it. It was near Times Square with so many places to eat. Great hotel!! No complaints

Room was incredibly small w/ a small "full" size bed. When we asked if there was a room with a king or queen bed were told they wer available but ther would be a $60.00 additional charge for the one night. There was no blanket /duvet when we arrived and were advised that they would send it right up. Over an hour later we had to call for it.Very disappointing for the first time we used Travel website and stayed at this hotel

Can't beat the location of this nice boutique style hotel. Our rate was extremely reasonable. Bell men were very helpful. Bed was the most comfortable I EVER slept on. Great lobby bar and rooftop bar. Was nice to have a good time at the bars in the hotel then go and have a great night sleep! Will definately be back!

I had several purchased from Sak Fifth Ave., leaving them in store bags; I had a beautiful designer blouse stolen from my room,. I called the concierge, as well as management once I returned home, and never even recieved a response! I would never stay here again.
