Nice supprise

We loved this hotel and will stay again. It is is the same block as the 57th street subway station and close to several markets and liquor stores. GREAT beds--and I dont say this lightly. We asked for a quiet room and it was great and very quiet. Room was average size for NYC and quite well appointed with large plasma tv and nice shower. Staff was nice and very friendly. Only negative (and this was not too bad) is that there is a quite popular bar on the roof which made the lobby and elevators popular in the evening.

We stayed in a regular room which turned out to be the size of a closet. The service was wonderful, however unless you love blue lights I don't feel the price is worth it.

I can't say everyone was rude, but the people who check you in are pretty rude. Would never go there again. Unfortunate....I visit NYC a lot.

My second stay at this fabulous hotel. The rooms are so surreal that you feel like you're in an cocoon. Spa was terrific and by far the dream's best feature; smiling, helpful and customer oriented staff. From the reception desk to the manager to the housekeepers. Thank you all for making my second stay such a memorable experience.

This hotel tries too hard to be cool. Great location. Our first room was the size of a shoe box. Upgraded to a queen bed for add $50 per night. Heater did not work in room and neither did internet. Go elsewhere!
