The hotel was very run down and our room had not been cleaned at 8:15 PM. Took numerous calls and 1 hour to get it cleaned.

Find another hotel

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in five years. I had stayed at another Westin and thought I would be safe staying at the Atlanta property. The place was dirty, the staff rude, it was too noisy, and everything was late. There are many other nicer venues in Atlanta.

"I have stayed here a numerous amount of times! I love this hotel, every time I think of a weekend getaway I think of ATL!! parking is good -(valet or park yourself under the hotel) The rooms are very comfy & clean. Once, the air was broken but it only lasted for about 1 hour! Great service. Right across from hard rock, great area if u r going to an event a hifi's, cnn, aquarium, coca cola fact. or phillips arena. I love taking a trip on the marta ($3 bucks round trip) to Lennox Square Mall! The view is incredible(ceiling to floor windows) This hotel is Perfect for a stay in the big ATL!!!! "

Nightmare- Dirty rooms and a bug

When we got to the room, it had not been cleaned. There were still papers and items left from the last guest. There was also a bug in the room. I called to complain and management did not seem to care. Don't waste your time here. Our romantic evening away from home was ruined.

Sweltering Heat!

There was no available parking - we had to park three blocks away and walk to the hotel. There was no air conditioning the entire time of the stay. We waited for literally 1 hour for an available elevator, as three of the 6 for our floors were broken. The best part was the SUN-DIAL restaurant! AMAZING food! Went on my honeymoon, and will only go again to eat the food, not to stay the night. But there was comfy and cozy bedding!
