I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It is close to EVERYTHING. I never had to walk far to find food, drink or entertainment. The conciere's desk was awesome. They took the time to answer my questions and offer sites to see and places to dine. My room was always clean and my bed was so comfortable. The view is very unique with floor to ceiling windows. I was on the 68th floor so the elevators took a long time; the longest I think I waited was 5 minutes.
The only complaint I had regarded the business center, which is not even ran by Westin. I think the center was on DIAL UP because it too FOREVER to get connected to and use the internet. At one point I wasn't able to connect after 10 minutes and I was still charged for "computer useage." When I complained, I was told to visit during business hours to make the correction to my account. Unfortunately, I was in Atlanta for business and my meeting times conflicted with the few hours that the center was open.
I would definetly stay at the Westin again but I would NOT use the business center.
Hope they don't send me there again!

I went there for a conference. While there I was bitten with bed bugs, had a charge of $* put on my credit card for potential use. There were no charges made and the charge has not been canceled or credited. The bathroom doorway was very small, you had to walk in almost sideways. They only changfe linens on request. The waiit service at one of the recetption was very poor, restaurants was better. The room still had not been cleaned at 2pm. I presented at the conference and unfortunaltey the motel forgot to remove the notice that the prior session was canceled, so only five people attended my presentation. The waiter also neglected to tell me all the wine offered with my free drink coupon, as he said they had run out of the wine (White Zinfiadel).A co-worker found soiled sheets still on her bed when she arriived and another was interrupted during the night by a security guard entering her room by mistake.

* 6pm-parking full. Unsecured across st @ $* * pre-paid/reserved King not available * observed bellhops trampling/folding wedding dress * 20+ min wait for elevator to room * Ready for dinner - another 20 minutes * handicap shower - Tab for adjustment is broken - bend in half to wash hair * skip this over-priced tower * Note: restaurant does NOT rotate, only the bar

We arrived to the at midnight and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help at the front desk 3 reps chatting on the phone). Irequested a late checkout and was denied (I am a Gold Member of Starwood Pref. Guest). The room is ok, but the views were very nice.Long waits for parking.Too much agravation for a short vacation stay. Will not stay there again anytime soon.
