I have now stayed here about 10 times - love the location (very close to Fifth Ave and Saks), can walk to Broadway, Central Park and Bloomingdales - service very good and comfy beds and nice linens.

My wife, son and I visited NYC for two nights at the Omni Berkshire. The hotel was very nice, staff was very service oriented and efficient. I recommend the location as easy to walk to Fifth Ave, Madison, MOMA and much more. We would gladly stay again.

Absolutely the best hotel in NY

My husband and I stayed at the Omni Berkshire for our anniversary. Too many great qualities to mention, although the curbside valet is a good place to start! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was HUGE, perfect location, close to great restaurants, great shopping and close enough to the theatre district to make it convenient but not too crowded. We'll never stay anywhere else. Tip: sign up for the Select Guest program. Upon check-in, we were immediately upgraded to a suite for the price of a regular room. Wonderful place! We'll be back!

Omni Berkshire Place

'Oh, and the upgrade is available,' rang like music to my ears as I checked in. I have to say I have never stayed in a Western style hotel that felt so palatial. As I had the largest room on the floor, this impression, due in part to the opulent sitting room, may not speak accurately for every option the hotel has to offer, but the service was warm yet unobtrusive, and the atmosphere condusive to more than relaxation.

The decor is more uptown (safe) than downtown (designer), and the furniture felt a bit like a mis-matched accumulation, but none of this got in the way of it being a fantastic choice thoroughly deserving of the reputation the Omni Berkshire has earned.
