My wife and I stayed here to visit Monticello and we were very pleased with the service of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the expansive breakfast. We will stay here again when in Charlottesville. Thanks for the good night's sleep Comfort Inn Monticello. P.S. The pillows are awesome!
Could have been better

The setting, air conditioner, breakfast and odor could have been better. All in all a mediocre experience. There must be better hotels near downtown and the campus or on the north side.
Wish all hotels were like this

My friend and I stayed here just passing though but our car broke down and we ended up staying for a while longer than we thought. The front desk helped us out with places to go and fun stuff to do. They made it bearable while our car was in the shop. Thank you Comfort Inn Monticello!
Homecoming Stay

We stayed here for the weekend of Virginia's Homecoming. Room was clean. Staff was very good. There is no elevator for second floor room, but staff did offer to help with luggage if we needed it. Security was very good. Breakfast was good, but could use a little more varity. There were several restaurants in a short driving distance. Downtown is only a fifteen or twenty minute drive. Overall a good place to stay for the money.
