Great Services where provided

On Sept. 7, 2007 I stood with the latin american women's ministry at the best vacation inn. Within this hotel there is a J & M Top Notch Salon/Barbershop. Great services and hair cuts were provided by the staff of this salon/barbershop which is located with the hotel. The beds were clean, staff was very friendly. Services were great. Ladies of my ministry were all please and happy. Within the hotel there is also a Ihop Restuarant, which the woman also had dinner and breadfast. We were very happy with the service and would stay at this hotel again in the future. Respectfully, Maria L. Cardona President Latin American Council Women's Ministry State of Florida

We pre-ordered a fridge. It arrived the day after we did. It only worked (kind of) 2 days out of 7. We were given our money back for it, but still lost food twice. We had to call the front desk 4 times for extra towels, as we had 4 people in the room. 2 times we were told there were no more towels.Once we had NO towels at all, and were told there were none. Not acceptable. They brought 6 towels and apoligized. We were not impressed at all with how we were treated.Any compensation you could get back for us would be appreciated.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. However, it took us forever to find. The hotel was way past Silver Spurs Arena almost at the Turnpike. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Just leave the park early to get to your hotel if your staying there. It'll take about 20 minutes.

It's just ok

Since we visited during the "off" season, the hotel was very quiet and not full at all. The odor from the cleaning products was a bit strong. I will say though there were no bugs and that's important in Fla. We stayed 6 nights..which is signifcant. First couple nights we searched for a different hotel in the same price range and nothing was any better to bother moving. No frills, just a basic room. The head guy (manager I guess, was accomadating)
