Would stay again. Perfect for cruise passengers. Airport pick-up was fast and they got us the best deal to the cruise pier @ $12.50 ea. Great breakfast.

Very nice visit - would stay again

My son and I were on a university visit trip, so we only needed an overnight stay. The staff was very courteous and the room was clean. The location was reasonably quiet considering that it is located near the airport. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of healthy choices. I was very satisfied with the accomodations and the price point.

Very Pleasant Stay

Stayed in March 2009. We did not use Park and Ride for the airport so I can't judge that. The hotel was clean and quiet for being so close to the airport. The continental breakfast was good and well maintained.

Great place to stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was a wonderful experience at every turn.

We stayed in this hotel for the Park & Fly deal. First impression at the front desk...not good. The two girls working were flippant and more interested in their own side conversations. At one point the gal helping me actually told me to go ahead to my room...she hadn't given me a key yet and when I mentioned that she got snooty and said "I know I did but whatever I'll just do it again." Then I mentioned that a car in the parking lot had a light left on inside and she laughed and said, "Oh yeah, I'm gonna walk out there and find it." I was astounded. I actually went back to the parking lot, wrote down the license plate and returned it to her...the last thing someone needs while traveling is a dead battery when they wake up. Next...the hot tub...it was disgusting. We climbed in and were happy with the temperature, but soon after realized there was a thick layer of grime along the inside of the hot tub. Someone at some point had even scratched "Clean Me Now" into the grime...no takers so far. The room was pretty nice. We were pleased with that and grateful for the shower after being in the hot tub. The parking lot for the Park & Fly vehicles was a joke. I could have paid about $20-$30 less to park at ShuttlePark2, a very safe and secure well-lit lot, just up the street. I wish I would have. Although my car was intact when I returned, with the exception of a small decently-lit area of the parking lot which was full, the majority of the lot was in a pitch black field essentially with no fencing or security just off the side of the road. Super sketchy.
