We had a great time at this hotel. It was clean, close to the airport and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious! The complimentary breakfast was fenomenal!!. It was one of the best ones, I have ever had. They had all kind of things to eat available. The area was clean and very organized by the staff (all the time). In short, it was a pleasant experience!! I would recommend this hotel to anybody

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at and we travel quite often. The hotel looked recently remodeled and our rooms had fairly new furniture. The rooms were also extremely clean and the hotel staff was exceptional! They helped us with all of our questions and suggested great tips on what to do in the area. The breakfast was amazing-included hard boiled eggs, biscuits n gravy and even waffles! We even had time to utilize their pool which the kids got a kick out of. I think we definately found our home the next time we visit Seattle-all that for a great rate!!!

I've been traveling all over the county. This is the one of the best hotel I've been stayed. we stayed 19 th floor King Suite. View was excellent. Stuff were nice, location was nice and facility was nice. I will stay here again. Seattle was very nice city. I love it!

Our second time using the park and fly and once again, very satisfied with everything. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff friendly, the shuttle driver has the best sense of humor. Breakfast--fully cooked and lots of choices--was wonderful and the staff is meticulous about keeping everything stocked and clean. This is such a great find and so economical too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here on our way out on our vacation. While the desk clerk in the evening was polite and friendly the following morning the entire staff was surley. When we were walking to our non-smoking room the smell of someone smoking in their room was overwhelming. Speaking of the walk there is a single tiny elevator that requires a substantial hike to get to. The room was out dated, cramped and the bed was not terribly comfortable. The parking is nearly inaccessible from the hotel. Our shuttle to the airport was not too bad. However, the shuttle had to stop to "help out" another hotel. The shuttle, after that stop was over loaded and had luggage in the aisle and people standing in the aisle. A 20 minute delay in our 4 minute trip to the airport. When we returned we called three times to find out where our shuttle was. It took us over an hour to get picked up for our 4 minute ( I timed it) ride back to the hotel. Again, the shuttle was so overloaded that there was luggage in the aisles. DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE.
