This motel is a dive!
They left us standing outside the airport for 1.5 Hrs in 40* weather waiting for there shuttle to pick us up. When we got back to the motel I complained to the desk attendent and he kept yelling at me that I was just trying to get a free room,i told him I just flew 2500 miles with 2 kids and a free motel room was the last thing on my mind.I ended up walking to the best western at midnight with 2 kids and all our luggage in the rain.
I wish my husband had read the reviews before booking this for us online
I hated the place

The lights outside shone through the cheap blinds, shining in my face all night. The bed was hard as a rock & the pillows were thin. The air conditioning was loud and didn't work well. I had to drag my suitcases up the stairs. The man who picked us up at the airport was polite & helpful, as was the man at the front desk, but the guy who drove us back to the airport was sullen and unhelpful. One of the other passengers had to help me with my luggage. The only good qualiy about the place is that it is close to an IHOP, the bathroom was okay, and it is close to the airport. I didn't sleep all night. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.
Coming and going

I used the hotel for an overnight stay coming and going for a 2 week trip abroad. The shuttle service was very slow in picking up at the airport. Their 10-15 minute wait turned into 30-40 minutes each time. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was timely and the driver friendly. My rooms were very inconsistent. The 1st night, the bed was extremely hard. The room was clean but in desperate need of TLC. On the return stay, the bed was very comfortable. However, the vertical blinds were broken. There were 8 inches on each side of the window that exposed the interior of the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and again the room and appliances needed some TLC. I felt very exposed but was too tired to go down to the office to change rooms. Their continental breakfast consisted of two small muffins prepackaged in cellophane and a cup of coffee. I realize this was an inexpensive hotel, but how much does a gallon of paint cost and keeping the blinds in repair?
Cheap for sleep

The hotel was not the greatest in terms of perks, but it served the purpose for me. All I needed was a place to sleep for a few hours until my nephew picked me up, and did not want to spend a lot of money. The room was clean, though the furnishings, carpet, etc., was old. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, and the desk clerk picked me up at the airport at 1:30 a.m. If you want amenities and frills, this is not the place for you. If you just want to sleep cheap and maybe take a shower, this will serve the purpose.
