Pretty darn nice

This hotel is pretty good. The room was very clean, though a little smaller than we were expecting for a king suite. The bed was pillowtop, very comfortable. The sink is outside of the bathroom, which was sort of strange but also very useful (no one is tying up the bathroom just by showering). The continental breakfast was very good - hot waffles, biscuits and gravy, great rolls and muffins (good ones, not hard, thick, heavy ones like at most hotels), several kinds of bread for toasting, hot oatmeal, bagels, and juice/coffee. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful - the person working the front desk was talking with people at breakfast and giving them recommendations and opinions about things to do around Bend. The air conditioning in the room was very effective. The free wireless internet only registered with one bar on our computer but it worked consistently and wasn't any slower than the DSL we have at home. The hotel is located north of town, but it is just minutes from downtown Bend, so restaurants are just a few minutes away (also, most places advertise deliver services). Overall, this was a nice hotel and we will stay here again if we are ever in the Bend area in the future.
Great Customer Service

We recently booked a small group of rooms for 2 nights. We received a discounted rate, but the customer service was exceptional. The person at the front desk is the best! He went out of his way to see that all needs were met, offered helpful suggestions and even allowed our late arrivals a bit more time in the spa as long as they were quiet. The breakfast was hot with lots of choices and continually refreshed and tidied up. They also accommodated a large service dog with no questions and have a great outside pet exercise area. If you want personal and friendly service at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.
Very satisfactory and pleasant stay, will definitely return.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful during check in and check out. Staff was accomodating in locating a downstairs unit so we did not have to use stairway or elevators. Received extra towels and shampoo without question, very clean rooms, and pool & spa very satisifying. Excellent Continental breakfast, and mostly appreciative of AARP discounts.

The view was great! There some good with the bad...breakfast is in the lobby, people checking in/out while eating, one waffle iron, one toaster, had to request more batter. I was called and asked to quiet down my already quiet 8 & 1.5 yr old at 7:15pm??? Fan in bathroon plugged with dust, brokern table leg, broken dead bolt on door, speaker blown on TV, one bathroom/sink in a two bedroom "suite!" fridge & microwave plugged into same socket!
