This hotel is on a rough looking street but in a very convenient location to downtown, metro, etc. Inside it is clean and updated. The free wireless internet is great. The staff were very helpful, even keeping our luggage for several hours after checkout while we continued to explore the city. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about...but you can't have it all at a low price I guess.

The hotel is not in the greatest location, as a woman I felt a little uncomfortable walking around the area at night. The room was acceptable, and I was able to park my car on the street and save the $15 to $25 a night parking fees. I would probably spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else if I had the option. Probably closer to St. Catherines or St. Laurent but north of Sherbrooke
