DIRTY AND OLD BATHROOM. SMELLY ROOM. I would never ever come back, even if they give me a free weekend. I had to take a shower with sandals on!
Not the best but not the worst!!

This is a good place if you just need a place to sleep at night. Hyannis would not be my first choice I would rather stay in Chatam or another village. The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, we even had a small refrigerator to keep water and soda cold. Now the bad news is there was some questionable people staying at the motel that I was a little weary of but it turned out okay in the end. More bad news, the toilet in our room would not flush and they had to come twice to fix it!! The phone in our room also did not work but luckly I have my cell phone. (They never did fix the phone) Do not count on using the pool either because it does need a good cleaning. For adults this place is fine but I would not stay with little kids!! Okay if you really want a weeks vacation for cheap, you get what you pay for. This place is okay.
Cheap.....but get what you pay for.

I am not a picky person so all in all it was just fine. Paid ** dollars for the night, off season pricing. Stayed one night and room was clean. Bed was most uncomfortable and had horrible night's sleep. Pool was HEAVILY chlorinated and badly in need of cleaning(indoor). Boyfriend and I just needed a night out of town and we had a nice time, room was very affordable and clean, but probably would not stay there again.

If you are looking for a five star hotel, this is not the place, but if you are looking for a nice place to take your family for few day getaway, this is the place. We went with our two children at the end of July and the Inn was very nice. More importantly, at least to us, was the friendliness of the owners. The Inn appears to be family owned and they do a very nice job of making the guest comfortable. Whether it be extra towels, access to the pool, or whatever, they were always willing to accomodate. The Inn has an nice indoor pool and outdoor pool and was very convenient to beach and other Cape Cod attractions. The best part was that from the balcony outside the room one could feel the breeze from the ocean. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I enjoyed the Americas Best Value Inn very much. Wonderful location. My only complaint is that I would have like more wash clothes. I have Cerebral Palsy and need to wash my face every time I eat. We only received one wash cloth per person per day. I would stay here again Sandra Carsten
