I've always like Hamptons, but this one takes it a step higher! The staff was unusually friendly, helpful, & courteous and very accomodating when I asked to check in early. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with very nice amenities & very comfortable beds! The layout is convenient with vending & ice machines on every floor and the pool and hot tub are really nice! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Front desk person was very helpful and professional. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was nice.

My family came in from all over the US to attend a funeral in West Chicago. Many of us stayed at the Hampton for several days. We had large family get togethers in the spacious eating area and around the indoor heated pool. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. And, the breakfast offered a large variety of foods which helped us to begin each day on a good foot. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome during this difficult time.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, hot breakfast, very clean. It would be nice if they could develop a map of the area. Restaurants and shopping were not easy to find if you have not been to the area. This is in the middle of an industrial park.
