My daughter and I stayed for one night, then moved. Handicapped parking not available - covered by construction materials. Thin walls, and creaky floors. Very noisy laundry room, disruptive from 2 rooms away. No closet, hard beds and very lumpy pillows. Front desk never answered the phones, and we were given a hard time for checking out early. Lots of people smoking and drinking outside our rooms until late at night. People on ground floor playing loud car radio with the door open.
Great location and deal for the money

Stay of 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 6yr old for a Disneyland trip. Good price for room. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, donuts, toast and bagels, and cereal. Good enough to get the day started. Great view from balcony of night fireworks from Disneyland in case tots can't make it that long at the Park. If you want bottled water, get it from the on-site store--99 cents and $2 from the machine on each floor. Comfortable 2 queen beds and clean rooms. Its a fairly long walk to the Park but doable unless you have little ones. Parking is a little meager and some doubling-up may be necessary. All in all, worth the money and location is great. Plenty of reasonable restraurants close by and the Yogurt shop down the street is super, Will return on next Disney trip.
Horrible breakfast, very noisy, not at all nice.

This hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating. It was extremely noisy, the "deluxe" breakfast was anything but, and it wasn't very clean. There were several people smoking and drinking directly outside of my (nonsmoking) room.
The desk clerks were very friendly, however.
BW Raffles Inn needs to pay attention to reviews.

I stayed at your hotel for two nights and I was not at all impressed. The room layout was strange. There were no towel bars near the sink (I had to go into the bathroom for the towel). The room was very uncomfortable the bed made noises when I laid down or rolled over and the pillows were flat. I had to sat in the desk chair or the bed to watch TV. When I entered the room there was a strong odor present [like carpet cleaning solution] that lingered during my entire stay. The curtains over the AC kept any air from the room. When the AC was turned on the curtains kept the air from entering the room. The Elevator was located in the Southeast corner of the building and had my wife been with me this room I was assigned would not have worked; she had knee surgury a few weeks ago and the walk would have been too hard for her. Guest were noisy on both sides of me. The breakfast was very basic, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, cold biscuits with very little gravy, pastries and some fruit. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Better suite hotels in the area at the same price.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on the tale end of a trip to Disneyland. The hotel was okay but I would not stay there again. We have two kids (2 & 4) and prefer suite hotels for the extra space. The room layout was very odd. It was considered a suite but was really a second room with a bed off of a regular hotel room that had a bed and a couch. The room smelled terrible and was loud because you enter the room from the outside versus a hallway. The breakfast was very basic - cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit and donuts. The pool is tiny. The hotel is a long walk to the parks or a bus ride. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel. The only bonus is that you can see the fireworks from the rooms. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites for our first two nights, which was much better and cost the same amount. That suite had a kitchenette, was very clean and had a separate sleeping area from the family room area. There was also an on-site restaurant, a nice pool, breakfast buffet with many options, happy hour, weight room and a shuttle stop just outside the front door. The only reason we switched hotels is that we continued our vacation elsewhere after Disneyland and then decided to come back for one more day to go to California Adventure and wanted to try another hotel - bad choice!
