Our only complaint is that our non-smoking room had the odor of smoke (as did that whole section of the hotel). But it wasn't too strong, and either it went away or we got used to it. Over all, this hotel was exactly what we needed. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, and I would definitely book this same hotel next time we are in Cheyenne, and I recommend it to others.

Great location off the highway and convenient to downtown. The lobby is great with a stone fireplace and leather club chairs. There was free wireless access so I sat in the lobby with my laptop, a glass of wine and did some work. It was really nice - I felt like I was in a lodge. the room looked new and it was a good size. I received free breakfast because I am a Priority Club member which was nice. Room service was decent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. They were trying to tal me into coming back for Cheyenne Frontier Days (a rodeo I think)! They all seem very excited about it.

I like to stop at a hotel that is right off the highway which this hotel is. Unfortuately it is an older hotel that has had some upgrades. It isn't a bad hotel but not one I would stay at again. I like Holiday Inn's Express hotels with the breakfast area. This hotel doesn't have that instead has a resturant. I wanted something quick to pick up and go. It really isn't a bad hotel but I would not stay there again. If I was traveling with my husband and not alone this time, he and I would have liked very much the lounge to have a drink at. That feature looked nice.

The location could not be better, off I80, close to downtown, close to I25. The room was very comfortable. Great to have the bar and restaurant at the property. Timely room service.

Upscale lobby really welcomes the weary traveler - esp. the fireplace and chairs. Nice dining area. Food could have been a little better.Overall would stay there again.
