Quote: Miserable staff, upcharges on everything including rollaways, internet, and in room refrigerator. Dirty bathrooms. Restaurant was slow, understaffed, and buffet's were not stocked (ran out of food with 1 hour left in breakfast).

Quote: The folks at the Maxwell House were wonderful. The front desk was very helpful in getting me directions to my meeting, I had choosen to walk. The drivers were informative and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville.

Quote: The staff was so helpful with all of our requests from extra towels to directions to advice on dinner to calling a cab. We had a great stay. The shuttle was also very convenient.
