We particularly enjoyed ourselves at the Hyatt Plaza Century Hotel. The view from our room was awesome, the room was spacious, clean and we had the most pleasant rest, the service was great (1st class) and the Valet parking attendants provided exceptional service. The next time we're in LA we plan to stay at the Century Plaza Hotel.

Great location next to the century city shopping center. There is a grocery store there too where you can buy whatever you need without paying hotel prices. Unfortunately, there was a wedding at the hotel and I could hear the band on the 16th floor (!) until 1 am. They comped my parking fees, but I was not pleased-especially since I asked for a quiet room. I think the back side of the hotel would have been quieter.
Great getaway

I took my 13 year old to LA from NY for a four-day getaway. We had a blast and were able to completely relax because there were NO hassles. Hotel was clean, concierge helpful and food delicious. Bus stop around the corner cost only 75 cents and got us to Venice Beach and Santa Monica.
Best hotel I've stayed at.
