Woodland Hills Ice is an outdoor holiday ice skating rink, the rink will feature daily recreational ice skating, special events, exhibitions, performances and interactive entertainment for the entire community over the course of 11 weeks of operation. The rink is also available to rent for birthday parties, private gatherings and corporate events. In addition to over 5000 square feet of real ice, Woodland Hills Ice will also include a retail village, concessions and special spectator seating and VIP areas
"Ice Skating" brings to mind the crisp cool air of the north, hot cider, and excitement! The outdoor recreational activity that is fun for the entire family! Problem is, for those of us living in Southern California that means a nightmare in traffic and a two hour car ride into the mountains... until now!
The holiday season is filled with specials events, but none like Woodland Hills Ice! We will be hosting weekly ice and live musical performances, meet-and-greets with Santa, all while skating under the stars!

Clean and fine, but nothing special. Minimal facilities. There's a $5 charge for wireless access, which seems unnecessary when it's free in so many lesser places. But it was clean and safe. No major complaints.
Not worth the money

We got in early and were told nothing was ready and to come back at 2:00pm. We came back at 5:00pm and nothing was ready. Had to wait another 1/2 hour for a room. For an extended stay hotel, this is extremely small. The other regular hotels we stayed in on this trip were much larger. It was clean, but the box spring on the mattress was falling apart, there was only 1 trash container, and it was seriously missing the basic necessities (no glasses, no iron, etc.) We would not stay there again.

Made reservations and received confirmation for one room with two beds from Travel website. Upon arrival we were told that room was not available, and that if we "read the small print" we would see that rooms are subject to availability, whether or not we had a confirmation. I knew this was not true and insisted to talk to a superior. When I mentioned that I was calling Travel agent to complain we were offered two rooms at the same price. We accepted. Both rooms were dirty and the shower did not work in one room. I would never go there again.
