Out of all the hotels we have stayed in, this hotel is the worst. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff was moving new mattresses into every room, which was very inconvenient. When the staff finally moved our mattresses into our rooms, we were inconvenienced because we had to leave our rooms for it. As they were moving them in, they had blocked off an elevator and there were mattresses blocking the hallway.And they used the same sheets from the last bed on the new bed and they did not provide us with a fitting sheet, When we called down to the front desk about it , the assistant manager was very unprofessional and gave us an attitude. There was a small toy left under the bed which proved that the cleaning staff does not do their job properly. When we tried to get ice, we had to go to the 3rd floor to get it. We were on the 5th floor and the ice machine our floor and the 4th floor did not work. My father,who booked the hotel for us, was very sick at the time and had a terrible time at this hotel. You also have to go downstairs to the lobby to use the internet because this hotel does not have wireless internet. Overall this hotel is outdated and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel has many more negatives than positive, still hard to be totally negative. Many things were wrong with our room. Our bathroom sink was leaking (floor was soaked) this is something that the maids should have brought to the attn of the maintence department, as it was going on for awhile. However i informed the front desk of the problem in the morning and it was fixed by the time we got back. Same thing goes for the A/C. There was a trash can on the bottom floor that was apparently set up to cattch water from a leak. The smell was disgusting as people kept on tossing their trash in there. This can was there the whole trip. Also noticed was many trash cans/cigarette bins were not emptied the whole time that we were there. The pool was nothing fancy, but nice. $10 for a breakfast buffet seemed a bit steep, so we stuck to Mc D's since we had 3 kids. The2computers that were there for us to use were very nice as was the small room they were in. Front desk staff was very courteous and as helpful as they could be. However, the rest of the staff left something to be desired. My wife and 2 daughters went into the bathroom next tothe front desk, and there were 3 female employees just sitting on the bathroom counters talking (profainly) They would not even move when my wife was trying to wash her hands and my kids hands. Location is great for water country and Busch gardens. WE GOT CHARGED EXTRA FOR OUR ROOM BECAUSE IT HAD A FRIDGE AND MICRO THAT WE DID NOT ASK FOR. Ice&vending machines did not work. Stay here if you can get it cheap enough. Would rate below average

This was a pleasant hotel and a pleasant stay! I was able to get my work done and enjoy the area as well. I was here on business and the staff assisted me with my every need. They made sure that I recieved all of my faxed, messages, even suggested a great dinner spot. The room was spacious enough for me to stretch out and have a place for my computer and all of my paperwork. I am trying to set up a direct bill account for all of our employees. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had the best time at this hotel! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and anything we needed we were given immediately. We will be brining our kids back in the spring to do the whole busch gardens thing. The location is perfect! Keep up the good work!
