TERRIBLE

I booked a non-smoking room and when we checked in we were told that they only had smoking rooms available. When I showed them my reservation form, the front desk clerk said when you book a room you are not guaranteed what you book. The room was dirty and smelled horrible. The AC unit made a horrible sound so we could not even run that to try and help with the smell. When we checked out and I complained they said oh well!

I stayed at the hotel for five nights and I enjoyed it. The staff was courteous. The rooms were nice and Clean. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a week for a computer conference. Hotel staff were excellant. Very helpful and curteous.
