If you like clean sheets, carpet, walls, shower, toilet...etc then this is not your place. If I had not already pre-paid for the room through the travel website I would have gladly paid an extra $50 at a nearby hotel. I don't think I took my flip flops off the whole time we were there. It was absolutely disgusting and I hope I never have to stay somewhere like that again.
REAL LIFE NIGHTMARE

After being asleep for two hours, the desk clerk called our room at 12:05 am wanting to know when we would check out! Hotel had complaints from five others, from him doing same thing in the middle of the night. Also, hotel was dirty. Junk everywhere, mops hanging in the courtyard trees and dirty brown pool. Converted hotel rooms (I guess) for the owner/manager/families had doors open so when you walked by, you could see the filth inside and everyone staring at you. CREEPY!!! Go stay in your car!!!

The person in charge (she knows who she is) lied about not ever hearing from Travelagent about our group reservation. They called her several different days trying to get a contract sent to me over a two week period. After being told we had our reservation and would have a place to stay upon arrival, we arrived at America's Best Value only to find we didn't have a reservation. While there, our group witnessed a customer being assigned a room but came back to the office to ask for a "private" room as the one they assigned him was already booked. They obviously overbooked themselves and decided to ignore our reservation. The manager and staff didn't seem to know which end was up when it came to reservations and room availability.
Used to be a "Days Inn"

This dump used to be a Days Inn and the hotel was horrible and the staff was rude. They had our reservation messed up. Had us arriving the day before and of course we didn't show.
They charged us for the stay as a no show.
Many attempts failed the rectify the charges. even the BBB couldn't help this place.

America's Best Value in WEB site and 888 # is no longer making reservations for this hotel, if that tells you anything. Run For your life
