I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on 02/08/07-02/14/07. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were big and the best sleep I ever got ina hotel room. The staff was courteous and always available. All in all it was probably the best bang for your buck hotel I have ever stayed in.

I just finished staying at the hotel and it had just opened. I remember the old hotel, and this is a huge change. Rooms are great, walk in showers, and flat screen tv. staff is really nice. will stay again.

The old Raphael is now the New Raffaello! They did a great job with the rooms and lobby. flat screens and walkin showers were awesome! Finally chicago has a good boutique hotel! i will be back!
